Manager: Chris Wood Former Ilford player,captain and reserve team manager. Chris comes back to the club after a short spell in charge of Clapton FC. Last season Chris guided Ilford to their best league finish since the club reformed back in the 80's. A former East Thurrock and Southend United Junior player.

Assistant Manager: Colin Walton Colin is a former Ilford player and reserve team manager. When playing he was a calm but solid center half. Colin has had a spell at Clapton as 1st team manager and will look to bring his knowledge of the game to improve Ilford this season.
Coach: Michael Thompson Michael joined Ilford in the summer from Barking where he has been gaining valuable experiance he now see's this as the time to step up. Michael was a tricky player with a great engine. He can still offer a playing role even though he may say otherwise!
Physio: Lucelta Eugeen A lovely lady and a vital part of the staff. Lucelta moved from Clapton to Ilford and has made the dressing room a brighter place. A very hands on approach is offered by Lucelta.
